Mt. Shasta – A Journey into the living Light of the Mountain | 08 august 2026
A place that invites remembrance
There are places on Earth that carry a presence beyond words.
Places where something within us becomes quieter.
Where the layers of everyday life begin to dissolve, and we remember that we are part of something much greater than ourselves.
Mount Shasta is one of these places.
A living sanctuary.
A place where the Earth, the elements and the subtle layers of life seem to meet in extraordinary harmony.
For me, this connection became undeniable the moment I arrived.
Stepping out of the car and taking my first breath, I felt as though I had crossed an invisible threshold. The light, the silence and the presence of the land awakened a feeling of returning to something I hadn’t realised I had been longing for.
For thousands of years, the Indigenous peoples of this region have regarded Mount Shasta as a sacred place—a mountain of profound spiritual significance.
More recently, various spiritual traditions have come to see it as a powerful centre of energy and consciousness. Some describe it as the Earth’s Root Chakra. Others speak of Telos, the legendary Lemurian city of light said to lie beneath the mountain, symbolising ancient wisdom, inner awakening and remembrance.
Yet beyond every story, every belief and every name, there is something that can only be experienced.
The moment you arrive,
the mountain begins its conversation with you.
The wisdom of the living Earth
Mount Shasta does not ask us to become something we are not.
It invites us to remember the wisdom already encoded within our being—the connection between our hearts, our bodies, the Earth and the greater intelligence moving through all life.
Here, the veil between the visible and invisible worlds can feel thinner.
The forest becomes a temple.
The silence becomes a teacher.
The land becomes a mirror.
And within that reflection, something ancient begins to awaken.
The Earth speaks in many ways.
Through the roots of ancient trees.
Through the movement of animals.
Through the whispers of the wind.
Through the language of the heart.
And sometimes through vibrations and frequencies that reach beyond ordinary understanding.
Mount Shasta is a place where we can slow down enough to listen, to receive, to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been patiently waiting beneath the noise of life.
A journey into connection and activation
It is from this sacred landscape that Whitney Starfire Rose and I invite you to join us to Discover the Healing Powers of Mt. Shasta.
Together, we will enter into a deeper communion with the intelligence of this land.
We will begin with a medicinal plant walk, connecting with the wisdom of the beings who have been guardians of this Earth for millennia.
From there, we will move into a sacred space of meditation, deep listening and energetic activation.
Through Whitney’s Light Language transmission, sound and subtle energetic work, we will open a space for deep listening, inner alignment and the remembrance of your own unique essence.
Not something to achieve.
Not something to force.
Simply something ready to unfold.
Allow the mountain to reveal itself
You do not need to arrive with any particular belief.
You do not need to understand everything before experiencing it.
Each person will encounter this mountain in their own unique way.
All that is needed is an open heart, a listening presence, and the willingness to receive what the land wishes to reveal.
Walking together
If you feel the call of this sacred mountain, Whitney and I would be honoured to walk beside you.
Not as teachers.
But as fellow travellers, opening ourselves to the wisdom, beauty and mystery of this living Earth.
A journey into nature. A journey into remembrance.
A journey into deeper connection with the light that has always been within you.
